Overview:

Very often an individual will feel stressed, exhibit the symptoms and suffer the effects without being able to pinpoint the cause or causes. By assessing the risks associated with work-related stress the individual is able to focus on specific action to reduce or remove the risk and/or combat its effects.

What does this mean to the learner’s company?
