The causes of stress are many, and this course explores those most commonly found in the workplace. The solutions to stress are equally diverse, and are dependent on the underlying causes. During this course, we examine these causes and consider some effective approaches to stress control and prevention. The learner is, therefore, able to recognise the causes of stress, both in themselves or their staff, manage its reduction or elimination and take steps to handle and live with stressful situations.
