Overview:

This Food Hygiene course meets the requirements of the European EU Food Laws as set out in the Codex Alimentarius, which states:

"Everyone, including farmers and growers, manufacturers and processors, food handlers and consumers has a responsibility to ensure that food is safe and suitable for consumption"

This course is a highly cost-effective way to train your staff to ensure that they are compliant with this.

This interactive course includes built-in testing to re-enforce learning and total voice-overs to help those less comfortable with the written word. Questions are intergrated into the course and the user cannot move onto the next section until the answers are answered correctly. This means that candidates are being tested in 'bite size chunks'. In addition, a tracking record is available throughout the course, as well as the facility to print a 'Certificate of Completion'.
